Upstate soil is hard on everything buried in it. Clay drains slow,
perc tests fail, and a drainfield that worked fine for twenty years can
drown in one wet winter. The same clay that kills drainfields floods
yards and pushes water through foundation walls.
Most companies only treat one symptom. Septic outfits stop at the
drainfield. Waterproofing companies can’t touch the septic. We’re
licensed for the septic and equipped for all of it — so when we
diagnose your problem, we’re not steering you toward the one fix we
happen to sell.
