How it works

The SCDES Permit to Construct tells us the system type, tank size, and field layout the state already approved. Your photo tells us slope, access, and trees. That’s 90% of the estimate — so you get a real number, not a range that doubles later.

We handle scheduling the SCDES final inspection. Most residential installs are done in 2–4 working days once we break ground.

What installs cost in the Upstate — honestly

Upstate clay and rock mean this isn’t Florida-sand pricing. Conventional systems here typically run in the high four figures to low five figures; sites that fail a standard perc test may need low-pressure pipe or engineered systems that cost more. Anyone quoting you a firm number without seeing your permit is guessing with your money.
